• All rodents are fed a high-quality diet along with the additional treats for the ultimate nutrition. The go-to homemade treat mix contains: Oats, Flax Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Millet, Chia Seeds (sometimes) and Dried Meal Worms. Occasionally they will get left over chicken.

• As a family owned and operated business, feeders here are treated with love and care from beginning to end. This includes careful handling, frequent bedding changes and access to clean water and food at all times. We monitor our colonies multiple times a day, 7 days a week to prevent overcrowding. Overcrowded living spaces cause high levels of stress which can lead to anxiety, aggression, infertility and illness. This is why all of our colonies are made up of 1;2 (1 male ; 2 females) for both rats and mice. Providing the best possible quality of life from start to finish and raising the standard for feeder rodents is our goal.

• Using a VacMaster Chamber Machine we're able to achieve the ultimate suction to keep your feeders as fresh as possible. With this technology we can reach a higher level of vacuum than other vacuum packaging machines and provide you with the most nutritious meals for your pets. When sealing with a chamber vacuum sealer the air is sucked out of the entire chamber, not just the bag itself. This extends the freezer life significantly and eliminates freezer burn.

• Paired with the Foam Meat Tray make storing and organization much easier as well! Not to mention it looks very nice.

• For an additional cost, we can make that happen. Not everything is a one size fits all. Additional fee's will apply.

• Frozen arrival is guaranteed. Be sure to open your package ASAP! Any problems must be addressed the day of the delivery. Photos will be required.

• Product is shipped in a Thermalast Bag within an Insulated Foam Cooler with Dry Ice to ensure frozen on arrival, even if shipment is slightly delayed. 

• Orders are shipped on Mondays and take a week to prepare. We are a small business and are motivated to provide the best quality experience for you. Your patience is appreciated.

• Once packages are shipped, there is no canceling your order.

• SMK does not profit from shipping cost. We charge you the price of the container and what FedEx charges, that's it.

• Shipments will come via FedEx with no signature required. Keep in mind SMK will not be responsible for damage/thawing if package was not able to be delivered on first attempt. Be sure to sign up for tracking updates from FedEx.
